Anthony Bilotti was asked to form a Technical Advisory Committee for
the Emergency Management and Continuity Planning program of the
University of Illinois at Chicago. This graduate-level certificate program
is offered through a collaborative effort of the School of Public Health

Anthony Bilotti served as Co-Director of the program in 2007. The
purpose of the new advisory committee will be to examine the curriculum
and offer changes/enhancements to the program structure, curriculum,
and course offerings.
Two other SAME members will comprise the TAC: Capt Eric S. Odderstol
USN (Ret) and Lt Col Frederick A. Kaehler USACOE (Ret). Both are
members of Lake Michigan and Chicago posts. The TAC will attempt to
develop links with SAME to enhance the program offerings and utilize
the extensive real-world experiences of members.
